About Cliff Wheeler

My Story

As a student, I liked to learn, but I also realized some classes were taught well and some weren’t. I couldn’t understand how teachers and professors could either make an interesting topic boring, or in some cases, sit behind a desk and read the sports section. They had just given up. Thankfully, I had an aunt who was passionate about learning, and a few teachers along the way who loved students, loved the subjects they taught, and had a passion to pass on their love of learning. Later, I began to learn about how our brain works, how we memorize, hold onto information, and remember. I also learned about learning styles and realized that one size of learning does not fit all. I began incorporating what I learned into my teaching, tutoring, and coaching. As a public speaker, I realized that creating a strong connection with the audience is important. I work to quickly identify the needs and goals of my client and speak to those. My goal is for them to take away something of high value that will stick with them for a long time. At CliffWheeler.com, I believe learning should be clear, easy to understand, and should connect with the client or learner. In other words, not boring. Here’s what it includes:
